چکیده
Abstract One of the leading causes death across world is cancer. Despite massive attempts to develop efficient chemotherapy medications, there still a significant toxicity and selectivity problem. We are looking for novel therapies preventative strategies due contemporary cancer cell resistance anticancer drugs. The structure molecular characteristics Na2SiO3 nanoparticles were investigated using density-functional theory calculations at B3LYP/6-311G** level. study looked engineering qualities several recipes like HOMO, LUMO, Egap in order figure out how arrange molecules as powerful antioxidant, hence majority compounds anticancer. discovered that gel particles responsible antioxidant activity, implying it can be employed an prevention treatment.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 84 million people will die of cancer between 2005-2015 [1]. According using the WHO mortality database it has been estimated the total number of cancer deaths in the European Union (EU) and in 2012 is predicted to be 1283101, of which 717398 men and 565703 women [2]. The most common types of cancer that will be diagnosed are lung (C33-C34), int...

Cancer is one of the most dangerous health problems of today modern societies which has an increasing rate especially in developing countries. There are many diverse ongoing treatment attempts trying to defeat cancer. Despite that, scientists have been unable to find a permanent cure for this disease. In many cases although there is a successful first response in patients, cancer cells are fina...

Nanocarriers, such as liposomes, have the potential to increase the payload of chemotherapeutic drugs while decreasing toxicity to non-target tissues; such advantageous properties can be further enhanced through surface conjugation of nanocarriers with targeting moieties. We previously reported that SP94 peptides, identified by phage display, exhibited higher binding affinity to human hepatocel...
